It all started
with a food truck
and a dream
The Flores family’s journey began with their own food truck, bringing diverse meals and nutritious lunches to their community. Austin Flores, with a degree in Culinary Arts and with over 20 years in the industry, saw how food could unite people.
This passion led the Flores family to start building custom food trucks for their ventures. They were then approached by Ford to bring food trucks into their manufacturing plants, marking a new chapter in their business.
Years later, being approached by several corporate customers, the Flores family continues to innovate and expand their impact on the food truck industry.
